Anticipating Shakespeare: Expectations for the Next 9 Weeks

As we embark on this 9-week journey into Shakespeare's works, my expectations are a blend of curiosity and apprehension. I have always been intrigued by the richness of Shakespeare's language and themes, but I admit to having some initial misconceptions about the difficulty and old-fashioned nature of his writings. I hope to discover that the emotions, conflicts, and characters are still relevant today, allowing me to make personal connections. My goal is to engage more deeply with his plays and understand how they reflect modern societal issues.
