ICT Opportunities & Limitations Scenario 1: Oman Online Teacher Training In an effort to make secondary school graduates more competitive for international higher education and workforce positions, the country has undertaken education reforms that include the application of new teaching methods in secondary schools. The urgency of this initiative requires that thousands of teacher across the country be quickly trained.
