Targeted Delivery of Single-Chain Antibody to Cancer Cells via Virus-Like Particles

This study presents the utilization of Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) as carriers for delivering Single-Chain Antibodies (scFv) targeting TAG-72 on cancer cells. The scFv-SRB complex is efficiently associated with the VLP, facilitating homing to cancer cells and subsequent endocytosis. The scFv-SRB cargo is released within the cytoplasm following VLP binding to the Plasma membrane, enabling specific and efficient delivery against TAG-72.
