Title Page • 12 Font, Arial, Times, Double Spaced • Center justified in page both length and width • Do not write title page at the top of your paper Include: • Question: Can laughing make you sick? (center of paper top/bottom and side to side) • Your Name: Bob Smith (at bottom) • Teacher Name: Mrs. Hilling (at bottom) • Date: March 8th, 2013 (at bottom)

  4. Abstract • 12 Font, Arial, Times, Double Spaced, left justified • Write Abstract at the top of your paper, do not underline or bold. • 250 words or less summary of your experiment • What is your project about, your procedures, your results, and what you have learned.

Table of Content • 12 Font, Arial, Times, Double Spaced, left justified • Write Table of Content at the top of your paper, do not underline or bold • Include: • Page 1: Title Page Page 10: Chart • Page 2: Abstract Page 11: Pictures • Page 3: Table of Contents • Page 4: Experimental Method • Page 5-6: Research Paper • Page 7: Bibliography • Page 8: Acknowledgements • Page 9: Forms

Experimental Method • 12 Font, Arial, Times, Double Spaced, left justified • Write Experimental Method at the top of your paper, do not underline or bold • Include: • Question, Hypothesis, Procedure, and Variables • Variables Constant – write out all parts of the experiment that stays the same. Independent – write out the one change you made. Dependent – Write out how you measured your change.

Research paper • 12 Font, Arial, Times, Double Spaced, left justified • Do not write research paper at the top of your paper Include • Title page on same page with introduction • 2 pages • Must include four resources • Resources must be cited in the introduction and discussion • In text citation MLS format (Author last name, page number) • Must have four resources cited in text

  8. Bibliography • 12 Font, Arial, Times, Single Space Resources, Double Spaced, between Resources., left justified • Cite resources in MLS format • Last page to the research paper is the Bibliography • Must have four resources cited correctly and in alphabetic order.

  9. Acknowledgment • Center Acknowledgement at top of page. • 12 Font, Arial, Times, double space. • Thank all the people that helped you on this project.

  10. Forms • Teacher has some of the forms, you turned in at the begin.

  11. Charts • Center Charts at top of page • 12 or 18 Font, Arial, Times

  12. Pictures • Center Picture at top of page • 12 Font, Arial, Times • Any pictures that you use on your board, a copy must be included here.
