Objective of Field Trip • Provide an overview/tour of a large outdoor entertainment facility • Discuss the ins and outs of managing a multi-faceted facility • Identify Waterworld’s respective Best Management Practices (BMPs) and Pollutants of Concern (POCs) • Review ‘Inspection Checklist’ • Debrief after tour and review questions and observations

  3. History • Park opened in 1995 • 30-acre water park (biggest in Northern CA) • 35 world-class attractions including biggest wave pool • Other amenities: shopping, restaurants, music and birthday parties
