  3. Review Inputs • The following information must include input of the following: • Results of audits • Customer feedback • Process performance and product conformity • Status of preventive and corrective actions • follow-up from previous management reviews • Changes that could affect the QMS • Recommendations for improvement • While not required, it’s a good idea to include analysis of data, such as customer satisfaction data and supplier performance, etc. ManagementResponsibility

  5. Management Review • The management review typically takes the form of a meeting • The meeting should include all stakeholders including but not limited to management of: • Quality • Production • Engineering • Sales • Operations • Members of the quality team ManagementResponsibility

  6. Management Review Meeting The management review meeting is critical to the implementation of an effective QMS Preparation for the review meeting can be laborious Consider conducting multiple management reviews, such as quarterly or monthly reviews, each of which covers only a segment of the inputs. Over the course of a year, the reviews would address all the inputs. More frequent management reviews provide an opportunity for those assigned tasks from the management review to report progress on completing the actions assigned to them. Since management review meetings typically include senior managers, it’s a good idea to schedule the next management review meeting before the review meeting ends. ManagementResponsibility
