  5. What is your perception of the communication/support dynamic between teachers and school/building administrators?

  6. What is your perception of the dynamic between building/school administrators and the district bureaucracy?

  7. What part of your own education did you struggle with and how did you overcome that struggle?

  8. What or who inspired you to work at an 'Urban' School?

  9. What part of their own education did they struggle with, and how did they overcome that struggle?
