  • Wholesalers

  • Wholesalers can only ship isotretinoin to registered pharmacies
  • Registered pharmacies can only dispense isotretinoin when they receive iPLEDGE clearinghouse approval

  • Office delegate
    • Doctors within a practice can designate each other to ensure continuum of care
