  2. Characters • Hayoung • She is the main character. • She goes to Disneyland on the Christmas of 2012. • She goes with her family. • Hannah • She is a character, but not major enough. • She is at Disneyland with only her mom.

  3. The Problem • The problem that Hayoung faced was that Hannah was not being nice to her by ignoring her.

  4. Response to Problem • Hayoung responded to the problem by trying to make friends with Hannah by trying to reason with her.

  5. Theme • The theme of the story is that people of different cultures are very much like other people. • How this story shows it is that Hannah didn’t like Hayoung because she thought she was different than her.
