  2. 定 义 一种常见的慢性皮肤神经功能障碍性皮肤病，剧痒及局部皮肤苔藓样变。

  3. 病因和发病机理 神经系统功能障碍、大脑皮质兴奋与抑制平衡失调 诱因：1.神经精神因素 2.饮食 3.胃肠道功能障碍 4.内分泌失调

  4. 临 床 表 现 阵发性瘙痒 成群 皮色圆形或多角形 扁平丘疹 苔藓样变 夏重冬轻 好发于颈项部、肘、腰骶、眼睑 20 ~ 40岁青壮年 （一）局限性神经性皮炎 粟粒 米粒大

  5. 临 床 表 现 （二）播散性神经性皮炎：分布广泛而弥散 皮色扁平丘疹 苔藓样斑片 好发于头、四肢、肩背、腰 阵发性瘙痒 病程慢性、易反复

  7. 诊断与鉴别诊断 暗红 淡紫色 （二）扁平苔藓 多角或三角形扁平丘疹， 累及粘膜、指趾甲 （三）原发性皮肤淀粉样变 1. 好发于小腿伸侧、上背部； 2. 粟粒或针头大小圆形褐色丘疹，成群或串珠状； 3. 结晶紫染色有价值 （四）异位性皮炎 1. 婴儿湿疹史； 2. 成群尖顶丘疹呈湿疹样皮损； 3. 过敏性家族史

  8. 防 治 避免搔抓 （一）内服：1. 抗组胺药 2. 镇静剂 （二）外用：夏：铝涂剂、地煤涂、地丙醇 冬：5%苯唑卡因霜，复松霜 肤疾宁 去炎松皮损内注射
