  4. Purpose of Meetings - Benefits • Opportunity to voice thoughts • Information sharing and update • Communication between each other • Delegation and feedback • Planning • Opportunities for creativity • Time for decision making • Discussion problems and finding solutions

  5. The Problem with Meetings • Meetings that don't work = frustration/boredom/cost. • Meetings positive = build teams + effective organisation. • Make meetings work = Chairman + Participants
