  4. CO2 Profile: Troubleshooting Check which files are present and determine at which stage of processing the system has failed, e.g. if the raw data in the works folder on the A drive still has xml tags, ReadLicor.sh needs to be run (look at list of netcdf programs to get the correct directory). If a failure occurs early on in the stages of processing e.g. Point 1, all subsequent scheduled tasks will need to be rerun. If the data was never collected from roof13, check the computer is on and the relevant programs are running (see next 4 slides). If this fails, email teama@kcl.ac.uk

  5. The programs and data for the LICOR are stored here This must be the same version of Python as that used to compile the LICOR programs, i.e. 2.6

  6. The program and script are stored in this folder Data is output to this folder Double left click to run the script. A command window should appear but check under Task Manager. Right click and select ‘Edit’ to change the settings

  7. The prefix denotes whether the information is coming from LI-849_16 (1) or LI-840_18 (2). LI-2 is no longer in use Controls where the data is stored on roof13 Program to run the script Script to run The COM port to which the instrument is connected. This may be determined by: • Start • Control Panel • System • Hardware • Device Manager • Ports (COM and LPT) Some systems may allow you to bypass some of these steps.

  8. Check that the data is being stored by noting down the active file size and refreshing the window after a couple of minutes.
