  1. Derivado a la Reingeniería efectuada a la estructura del Poder Ejecutivo, mediante la cual se suprime el Organismo denominado Consejo Estatal para la Mejora Regulatoria (CEMER), originó en la transferencia de sus atribuciones a la Secretaría de la Gestión Pública y a la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico, por lo que es necesario la adecuación al marco normativo respectivo. El objeto de la Ley de Mejora Regulatoria para el Estado de Quintana Roo es la mejora continua, integral y permanente de la regulación que contribuya al desarrollo social y económico del estado, acorde a los avances y cambios que se dan tanto a nivel Nacional como Internacional.

  4. Este proyecto de Ley, fue enviado el 26 de marzo de 2014 a la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico para su revisión y aprobación. Posteriormente, en caso de contar con su Vo. Bo. se enviará al H. Congreso del Estado para su revisión, aprobación y publicación en el Periódico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado.
