  4. History of Aldi • Privately owned company began in Germany over 40 years ago • In countries all over the world from including Germany, U.K., and Australia • In U.S. since 1976; Today operate 600+ stores in over 20 states

  9. Training Program • Extensive 44 week program • 20 week in-store management training • Hands-on program

  10. Salary and Benefits • Salary scale: • 1st Year – 62,000 2nd Year – 68,500 • 3rd Year – 75,500 4th Year – 87,500 • Benefits include: • Company Car • Insurance • Paid Holidays and Vacation Days • 401K & Aldi retirement savings plan.
