    • Secure site access.
  • Conduct an Environmental Site Assessment Phase I.
    • Define history of the site.
    • Define any recognized environmental conditions which are a cause for any concern.
  • Conduct an Environmental Site Assessment Phase II.
    • Define conditions as they may relate to demolition or remediation activities on the site.
  • Define redevelopment actions to be taken.

      • $447,000 Petroleum
  • Coalition initially included Clay, Vermillion, and Vigo Counties.
  • Putnam and Sullivan Counties joined the Coalition in 2010.
