This guide outlines advanced techniques for adjusting patient stance in chiropractic settings, focusing on the right convexity and convergence angles. It details the proper positioning, including the left-side rest position of the patient, how to achieve the correct stance based on the right convexity angle, and the importance of maintaining no torque during the contact. The guide emphasizes the use of specific lines for accurate measurement and the correct hand positioning for effective treatment. Follow these instructions to enhance patient care and ensure proper technique.

Patient rests on their left side, right side up. Stance Line is the Right Convexity off the Left Protracto. Carpal Line is set by the right Convergence angle taken off the Base Posterior. Stand behind the patient, above there shoulders, feet parallel to the right convexity angle. Tissue pull is P-A, S-I. Hugging the Mastoid until you reach the Posterior-Superior edge of the Atlas transverse. Wrap the stabilization thumb around the contact wrist with elbows across from each other. NO TORQUE.
