  2. Dedicated to my mom.

  3. You’re so Vain by Carly Simon You walked into the party Like you were walking onto a yacht Your hat strategically dipped below one eye Your scarf it was apricot You had one eye in the mirror As you watched yourself gavotte And all the girls dreamed That they'd be your partner They'd be your partner, and.... You're so vain You probably think this song is about you You're so vain I'll bet you think this song is about you Don't you? Don't you? You had me several years ago When I was still quite naive Well you said that we made such a pretty pair And that you would never leave But you gave away the things you loved And one of them was me I had some dreams They were clouds in my coffee Clouds in my coffee and.... You're so vain You probably think this song is about you You're so vain I'll bet you think this song is about you Don't you? Don't you? Well I hear you went up to Saratoga And your horse naturally won Then you flew your Lear jet up to Nova Scotia To see the total eclipse of the sun Well, you're where you should be all of the time And when you're not you're with Some underworld spy Or the wife of a close friend Wife of a close friend, and.... You're so vain You probably think this song is about you You're so vain I'll bet you think this song is about you Don't you? Don't you? I chose this song because in the song there is a guy who cares about him self more than anybody else. That is how Frankenstein was with his experiments. When he made the monster he didn’t care who he hurt or what lives would be taken as long as he got his work done which led to his downfall. Vain Frankenstein

  4. Ebony And Ivory by Paul McCartney Side By Side On My Piano Keyboard, Oh Lord, Why Don't We? We All Know That People Are The Same Where Ever We Go There Is Good And Bad In Everyone, We Learn To Live, We Learn To Give Each Other What We Need To Survive Together Alive. Ebony And Ivory Live Together In Perfect Harmony Side By Side On My Piano Keyboard, Oh Lord Why Don't We? Ebony, Ivory Living In Perfect Harmony Ebony, Ivory, Ooh We All Know That People Are The Same Where Ever We Go There Is Good And Bad In Everyone, We Learn To Live, We Learn To Give Each Other What We Need To Survive Together Alive. Ebony And Ivory Live Together In Perfect Harmony Side By Side On My Piano Keyboard, Oh Lord Why Don't We? Ebony, Ivory Living In Perfect Harmony (Repeat And Fade) I chose this song because its about how white and blacks are the same we both have feelings and fears and stuff like that. That is why we should live together in harmony as the song states. Glory Prejudice

  5. Nickelback & Josey Scott Hero I am so high, I can hear heaven I am so high, I can hear heaven Whoa, but heaven...no, heaven don't hear me And they say That a hero could save us I'm not gonna stand here and wait I'll hold onto the wings of the eagles Watch as we all fly away Someone told me Love would all save us But, how can that be Look what love gave us A world full of killing And blood spilling That world never came And they say That a hero could save us I'm not gonna stand here and wait I'll hold onto the wings of the eagles Watch as we all fly away Now that the world isn't ending It's love that I'm sending to you It isn't the love of a hero And that's why I fear it won't do And they say That a hero could save us I'm not gonna stand here and wait I'll hold onto the wings of the eagles Watch as we all fly away And they're watching us They're watching us As we all fly away And they're watching us They're watching us As we all fly away And they're watching us They're watching us As we all fly away The song is about spider-man and how he loves Mary-Jane and wants to be with her but he cant because his responsibility for being spider-man wont allow him to. What I’ve learned about the American Hero is that they always know what right and think of others before themselves. American Hero Last of the Mohicans

  6. Superstitious Steve Wonder Very superstitious, writing's on the wall Very superstitious, ladders bout' to fall Thirteen month old baby, broke the lookin' glass Seven years of bad luck, the good things in your past When you believe in things that you don't understand Then you suffer Superstition ain't the way Very superstitious, wash your face and hands Rid me of the problem, do all that you can Keep me in a daydream, keep me goin' strong You don't wanna save me, sad is my song When you believe in things that you don't understand Then you suffer Superstition ain't the way, yeh, yeh Very superstitious, nothin' more to say Very superstitious, the devil's on his way Thirteen month old baby, broke the lookin' glass Seven years of bad luck, good things in your past When you believe in things that you don't understand Then you suffer Superstition ain't the way, no, no, no Superstitious is about horror and in the piano there are a couple of horror elements like the ghost playing the piano and stuff floating around the house. The Piano Lesson The Elements of Horror

  7. Right now by Fort Minor Someone right now, Is leaving their apartment, Lookin' down at the street, And wonderin' where their car went. Someone in a car, Sittin' at a signal, In front of a restaraunt, Starin' through the window at, Someone right now with, Their finger in their teeth, Who could use a little floss Right across the street, There's somebody on the curb, Who really needs a jacket. Spent half the rent at a bar getting plastered. Now hes gotta walk fourteen blocks, To work at a shop where he's about to get fired. Someone right now, Is looking pretty tired, Starin' at a laptop, Tryin' to get inspired. Somebody, Livin' right across the street, Just wrote the best thing that shes written all week, But her best friend's coughin' up blood in the sink, He can't even think what happened, Feeling so confused, And he knows it looks bad but, There's nothing he can do, I wonder what its like to be right there in his shoes. The song is about poverty and how everyone there is suffering especially the main character in the song because he is an inspiring rap artists but no one cares and all he wants is acknowledgement. It relates to Frankenstein is because all the monster wanted was to acknowledged as a person not just a monster. Frankenstein Man vs. Society

The song is about the things slaves had to go through the whippings and the torment but in the end found a way to freedom just how the slaves in the piano lesson did. Slavery The Piano Lesson

Migrant Workers Mice & Men

  12. Friendship the fox and the hound When you're the best of friends, Having so much fun together, You're not even aware you're such a funny pair, You're the best of friends. Life's a happy game, You could clown around for ever, Neither one of you sees your natural boundaries, Life's one happy game. If only the world wouldn't get in your way, If only people would just let you play, They'd say you're both being fools, You're breaking all the rules, They can't understand, The magic of your wonderland. When you're the best of friends, Sharing all that you discover, When these moments have passed, Will that friendship last? Who can't say there's a way? Oh I hope, I hope it never ends, Cause you're the best of friends The song is about the fox and the hound and how they are best friends and depend on each other just like Lennie and George are. Also how important friendship is life. Friendship Mice & Men
