Curriculum for theinitialtraning of the general nurses –preuniversitarylevel (professionalqualification) Specific content: • Strategies for listening, speakingandlisteningmethods. • Formal or informal communication : voicemodulation, tone andvocabulary, speed of speech, adaptingcommunicationtotheunderstanding of the auditor, theuse of specific support. • Non verbal communication • Reasoningwithclearideas, relevant, concise, persuasive, adaptedtothe context and interlocutor • Facilitating an effectivecommunicationbyacceptingdifferentopinions, encouragingdiscussionandensuringtheexpression, giving feedback • Professional communication module • Year I • -60 hours per year of which 30 hours of clinicalstage. Identifytheinfrastructure of thehumanpsyhic 2. Highlight integrative structure of thepsychologicalmechanisms. 3. Integrate interpersonal perceptions in professional practice

Curriculum for theinitialtraning of the general nurses Specific content: • Social aspects of the disease: the concept of disease, the consequences of the disease, attitudes to illness. • Social roles in the therapeutic relationship: social status, social role of the nurse and the patient. • Types of nurse-patient relationships: complementary,  leadership, cooperation, complicity • Conflict of the roles: economic circumstances, expectations, assessing disease severity, interests and priorities, settle the conflict • Control strategies: verbal, non verbal language, paralanguage, facial expressions, attitudes, positions, persuasion, negotiation, patient rules, rules for nurses • Sociology, social and halth policy module • Year I • 120 hours of which 60 hours of laboratory List specific skills relevant competencies of this module: 1. Explain the theoretical concepts of sociology 2. Identify the elements of sociology of communities 3. Analyze and synthesizes the data of medical sociology. 4. Describe the role of sociological research 5. Analyze the various social and health policy.

Mental factors determining in the dynamics of health / disease 2. Holistic approach of the patient 3. Support the patient in maintaining / restoring his quality of life
