My perspective on work has profoundly changed since starting my job. I feel respected as an adult and responsible for my punctuality. This role offers me the chance to enhance my skills and pursue opportunities toward becoming a team leader. I'm proud to be part of a large company and contribute to something significant.   2. Feedback from a young person now in Employment with Training My view about what it would be like to work has totally changed .... I feel I am treated like an adult and take full responsibility getting myself to work on time. I can see I can further my skills in this job and there are lots of opportunities for me to become a team leader one day. I feel proud to work for such a big company and be part of something so big. My expectations of my role were quite low but from what I have now experienced I just feel so happy to be here.’
