SB-05 Safety Bulletin • Bulletin Date: 18-Nov-2013 • Subject: Vehicle Rules • Please be aware of the following rules pertaining to company vehicle use: • Cellular use while driving is prohibited. Saskatchewan law does permit the use of handsfree devices for most experienced drivers, and TSASK will supply these where warranted. Please make any requests for handsfree devices to your supervisor. • Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. Saskatchewan law has banned smoking in all workplaces, and CVA also has a no smoking policy.
