Bill Gates wife and his children • Bill Gates married Melinda Gates on January 1, 1994. • Bill Gates has two daughters Jennifer Katharine Gates who was born in 1996, Phoebe Adele was born in 2002 and his son, Rory John, was born in 1999. • The Gates family have an earth sheltered house. It is actually built into the ground. It is built by Lake Washington in Medina.

  5. Microsoft Millions • Bill Gates is famous for being the creator of Microsoft. • He created the first PC software that was user friendly and helped start the technology revolution.

  11. Why is our topic important. • Our topic is important because Bill Gates created something new and different. • He came up with Microsoft office, PCs, video games and made sure the average American could have a computer.

  12. Why is our topic important. • He is also a nice, helpful person who tries to help as many people as he can. • The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has helped him continueto help people all over the world. • He makes a difference everyday.
