  1. MELBA 2.0 Zo ziet onze nieuwe software MELBA 2.0 er uit! Met uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord kunt u de software starten!

  2. MELBA 2.0 Administrator MELBA 2.0 heeft een eigen „Administratieprogramma“, de MELBA-administrator.

  3. MELBA 2.0 Administrator In MELBA-Administrator kunt u • de gebruikers van MELBA 2.0 benoemen; • de bladen en profielen die u aanmaakt opmaken; • de databank, waarin de bladen worden opgeslagen, ordenen.

  4. MELBA 2.0 AdministratorGebruikerstoewijzing Vóór u MELBA 2.0 kunt gaan gebruiken, moet u in de Administrator minstens één gebruiker opgeven!

  5. MELBA 2.0 AdministratorBladindeling Onder het menupunt „Instellingen“ kunt u instellingen aangeven, die van toepassing zijn op alle bladen van alle toepassers. Met „Stamdatavelden“ kunt u bijv. uw cliëntenadministratie met MELBA combineren.

  6. MELBA 2.0 AdministratorCliëntenadministratie Onder het menupunt „Instellingen“ kunt u stamdatavelden naar eigen keuze vormgeven, ...

  7. MELBA 2.0 AdministratorCliëntenadministratie • ...wat vervolgens op elk stamdatablad van elk capaciteitenblad (zowel capaciteitenprofiel als analyse- en documentatieformulier) terug komt.

  8. MELBA 2.0 AdministratorStamdatablad Dit biedt u de mogelijkheid, om bijv. doelen uit trajectplannen te combineren met MELBA-profielen.

  9. MELBA 2.0 AdministratorStamdatablad Bij elk capaciteitenprofiel kunt u een foto van de persoon inlezen.
