  2. Methods • Consecutive treatments 24,309 pts (47,522 eyes) • Excimer: VISX Star (standard or Custom) (AMO) • LASIK flaps: Intralase FS-60 (AMO) Moria Evo3 One Use-Plus (Moria SA) • Mean Age 39.0 yrs Range 18 – 71 yrs • Male 44% Female 56% • Mean MSE -1.86 ± 2.72 D (range -11.63 to +6.00 D)

Completion of Questionnaire • 55% of pts completed a 1 month Questionnaire • 13,370 pts (26,137 eyes) • Analysis of pts who completed Questionnaire vs those that didn’t • No significant differences observed in pre- or post-op: • Sphere • Cylinder • UCVA • BCVA • Statistically significant differences in: • Age 0.3 years • Gender 3%
