  1. Romanian breakfast Romanian foods include vegetables,cereals, vegetable oils, milk and dairy products, meat – especially pork, and sweets. Romanian cuisine is a very diverse one, including a lot of customs and culinary traditions, specific foods, being influenced, along history, by the culinary traditions of the other nationalities it has come into contact with, such as Hungarians, Slavs or Turks.

  2. Nowadays, modern people, living in cities, don’t give breakfast great importance and eat whatever they find before going to work, or school – the children. Although a traditional Romanian breakfast doesn’t actually exist and what people eat for breakfast varies from one region of the country to another, some foods are consumed everywhere.

  3. The traditional Romanian breakfast consists of bread, cold plates such as ,cereals mortadella, meat – especially porkand cheese, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and eggs prepared as omeletteand sweetsor sunny side up

  4. In addition to these, natural juice or yoghurt are always taken in as an option. • Romanian foods include vegetables, vegetable oils, milk and dairy products Milk is a very common drink,cow and goat milk especially, and people who live in the countryside drink it freshly milked. Also, a cup or two of black coffee or black tea, are served for breakfast for adults
