  1. M.J.M. Ice Cream’s Mission Statement is to provide the general public with goods and services in a professional manner. M.J.M will serve our customers with the best services possible. Our plan is not just give the public the best ice cream in Green Bay and the surrounding areas, but also to employ many of the areas residents. We will also use the services of local companies to help our community, and insure that the money stays and bolsters the economy here in Green Bay. M.J.M Ice Cream

  2. M.J.M’s vision is to become one of the premiere ice cream establishments in the Green Bay and surrounding area with in a sixty-mile radius. The reason for the sixty-mile radius is because research has shown that there are few ice cream stores in this particular area. For that reason, we, here at M.J.M believe we will experience great success. Our vision for the next five years as a general partnership is to work the establishment with just the three partners. We will continue in this manner for the first year until we start turning a reasonable profit. After which we will start interviewing potential employees to work in our ice cream shops. The three general partners in M.J.M ice cream are as follows, Mason Powless, John Peters, and Michael Guyette. M.J.M Ice Cream

  3. The industry our company is going to thrive in is one that lacks strictly ice cream retail. All of these ice cream places in the Green Bay area do not seem to focus just on their daily product that attracts the customers. Instead they are focused on the other food on their menus. The customers we will bring in will value our dedication on bringing them ice cream and ice cream only. There a select few shops that do just ice cream but they od not practice sustainable development practices like MJM Ice Cream does. We will make this highlight of our shop; our customers will eat good ice cream and feel like they help their own Wisconsin economy by buying locally because we buy local. Industry Attractiveness

  5. Our market plan addresses the “four P’s” of marketing. Product, price, place, and promotion. The product we provide to our customers is strictly ice cream, and the best ice cream from the dairy state itself. It’s made from real Wisconsin Dairy products, no preservatives. Our customers may be asked to pay a couple pennies more than they would usually pay but it’s for great ice cream and they get a lot of bang for their buck. The price per scoop of our organic ice cream would be $2.50, which is only .50 more than our regular ice cream. Our price is the top notch ice cream shop in the Green Bay Area, offering the best classic and also foreign ice creams. The way we plan to promote our store and our products would be giving samples outside our store, flyers, newspaper ads, radio/t.v. ads, word of mouth, and of course social media like facebook pages and twitter accounts to spread the word about our amazing ice creams.
