  2. User Registration For access to the portal Rate Card you create a request for registration on the extranet portal Alpinahttps://alpina.sochi2014.com https://alpina.sochi2014.com The Extranet start page will be displayed Click the link «Registration»

  3. Create a Registration Request The Extranet registration page will be displayed Fill in the fields on the registration page

  4. Create a Registration Request In the «Select your category» field tick the client groups you belong to. The Extranet system will display the function nodes available for the chosen categories. Select the OCOG function nodes (including the Rate Card node) to get access to (by ticking the check-boxes) Fill in the «Enter the confirmation» field by entering the symbols depicted in the picture Click the «Register» button To view the terms of registration click the «Terms of registration» link. Then accept the terms and conditions by selecting the «I accept the terms of registration on the portal»

  5. The Extranet will send you a message that your registration request is sent successfully. • If your registration request is approved, you will receive an e-mail message with the login and password for the access.

  6. To log onto the spectrum order portal you will need to first log onto the Sochi Rate Card at https://ratecard.sochi2014.com https://ratecard.sochi2014.com • You will then be prompted to enter in your login and password To start a new frequency request click on «Spectrum requests»
