President – Ramesh Seela Define overall vision and direction for the club, Facilitate and coordinate club activities, Collaborate with administration and other clubs • Extend the reach of B&T club beyond Tepper Community • Increase the visibility of B&T club among Technology companies • Actively involve members in planning and organizing events

  4. Initiatives for 2007 - 2008 • Organize Microsoft case competition on a grand scale – involve 5 different business schools • Interview Question Bank • Online interaction with executives and Alumni : Web casts & Video Conferences • Build relationships with new companies : Google, Boeing, Expedia.com • New B&T Logo • Global reach : Possible India Business trip

VP of Marketing – Phil Lau Manage communications, promote activities, develop marketing materials, serve as liaison with Tepper Marketing and Communications Director • Volunteer in the local communities with business & technology focused projects • Develop marketing materials for corporate recruiters, sponsors • Develop product/project management materials for incoming class, club members • Redesign B&T club logo • Continue the progression away from the perception that the B&T Club is an IT/Tech Support organization

  6. VP of Corporate Relations – Ed Shelton • Main point of contact for corporate relations • Build Alumni Relations • Assist in the trip planning next year • Work with the COC on relevant career books • Gather corporate information for the B&T Interview Book • Corporate Sponsorship

  7. VP of Events – Nagendra Akshantala Enhance learning and networking through speaker series, case competitions and student led events • Invite speakers from industry and academia to communicate the latest practices in business & technology • Coordinate student led forums for full-time and internship opportunities • Facilitate networking events with alumni and company representatives • Organize Microsoft case competition on campus • Promote B&T club during Welcome Weekend and other alumni events.

  8. VP of Finance – Lawson Lau • Manage club budget and membership records • Coordinate yearly budget process • Track all expenses and file GBA funding requests

  9. VP of Technology – Neeru Sharma • Maintain club website, Develop tools for interview prep, networking • Develop internal portal • Question bank from past interviews • Role Description for positions in tech companies • Links to tech companies and CMS • Experience of students attending different business trips • Change the outlook for the external portal • More information on the external portal for visitors
