  4. Sushi Sushi is a Japanese dish. It is very popular in Hong Kong. It is a combination of rice and fish.

  5. Paella Paella is a Spanish dish. It comes from Valencia. People eat it on Sundays and at picnics in Spring and Summer. It consists of rice with meat, vegetables and shellfish.

  6. Tandoori Chicken Tandoori Chicken is an Indian dish. It consists of chicken and spices. Red chilli powder gives the chicken its red colour.
