  3. Overall Changes – Task List • New Additions to the Employer and Admin Task Lists. Employer now has 2 new Task List items. 1) “Incomplete Schedule Request”, meaning a schedule request has not been submitted. “Incomplete Interview Schedule” is the new Admin task list item. This indicates a schedule that is not currently complete, meaning not visible to students. 2) “Incomplete Event Request”, meaning that this Info Session request has not yet been submitted for Admin approval.

  4. Overall Changes - Counts • Counts of linked profiles will now appear on Employer and Contact profiles. Contact Profile Employer Profile

  5. Overall Changes • Mass Email From Search Results: available on Contact, Mentor, Faculty, and Employer Registration pages. • Partial Delete: deleted items will now be saved for 90 days, allowing us to restore them easily! • Job Agent – Exclude All Majors: Job Agents will now incorporate the “Exclude All Majors” option in the results.

  6. Overall Changes – Default Docs • Allowed Documents can now be defaulted in Jobs, Schedules and Career Events.

  7. Overall Changes - Networking • Connect your LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts to your Interfase site! These icons will appear on the student and contact homepages.

  8. Career Events – Event Agent • Students can now receive email notifications of upcoming events that meet their criteria.

Career Events - Request • Employer Info Session Request Wizard Employers have the option to link a schedule directly to the info session request Step 2) Employers can set up more information about the event including requirements, allowed documents and the timeline This registration form will be the same as the employer registration form for all other events Step 1: Information about the Event itself. Step 4) Employers can review and submit their request. They MUST click Submit button to complete the process Step 3) Employers enter their registration informaiton for this new info session

  10. Career Event – Request • Employers can track active and pending Info Sessions in the “My Info Sessions” menu Different actions will be available depending on where the event is in the request process.

  12. Schedules - Request • New and improved employer schedule request wizard! You, as an admin, are able to select what schedule types are available to employers. Step 3) The Employer can review and edit the schedule request information and submit it. They MUST click the Submit button to complete the process Step 1) The employer can enter their preferences for schedule type, interview date, and session times Step 2) The employer can select either an existing job, or add a new job to link to this schedule request. If the employer would like an Info Session for this schedule, they can select Yes here and be taken to the event request form, after completing the schedule request

  13. Schedules - List • New features in the employer Schedule List. A linked info session box will now appear below any schedule that has an info session. Clicking on this link will take the employer to the Info Session page. Schedules now appear in 2 tabs, one for active or pending and the second for inactive.

  14. Schedules – Request Approval • Admins will now see a wizard when they approve an employer schedule request. Step 1 Step 3 You can select which of the employer’s preferred interview dates you would like to use Step 2 You can view which timeslot template your employer chose and keep or change it. There will also be a Configure Timeslots option at the bottom of the page if you prefer to use that. If you selected a Timeline Template in Step 1, this step will already be populated! If not you can enter in the dates and times for your timeline changes here! Select the appropriate timeline template here to save yourself some time on the next step! Sessions will be automatically created based on selected Interview Dates and Timeslot Templates. You also have the option to Add Sessions and Delete Sessions in this step.

  15. Schedules – New Wizard • There is also a wizard now for Admins when creating a new schedule. Step 2) allows you to enter basic schedule information, like Interview Date(s), and Schedule Type. Also you can select Timeline and Timeslot templates. You have the ability to configure timeslots if you don’t use Timeslot Templates. Step 4) will already be populated if you chose a Timeline Template in step 2. If not, enter the correct dates for each timeline change. Step 1) is the same as previous versions of Interfase. You need to select the correct organization or contact to link the schedule to. In Step 5) you can create or delete sessions. Remember thatt your site will automatically create sessions based on information entered in step 2. Step 3) is where you can link an existing job, or add a new job. If you link an existing job, use the boxes below to copy referral records to the preselect list and choose the date to begin brining referrals over.

  16. Schedules - Alerts • An alert will appear at the top of any schedule that is not prepared for students to view it. These messages will vary depending on the Schedule Type, this one is a preselect schedule.

  17. Schedules - Timelines • Timeline Templates have been completely overhauled to be much simpler to create and use! To edit an existing template, select it from the drop down menu. New Template: Give your new template a name and schedule type, then populate the signup methods with the # of days before the interview you want it to change. NOTE: these numbers must be negative to represent days BEFORE the interview date. Click here to add a new template. This is a correctly populated new template.

  18. Schedules - Timelines • Each Timeline Change is now it’s own field, allowing you to set a date and time that it will change! The Current Signup Method field will now auto-populate, meaning that it cannot be edited.

  19. Schedules – Other Changes • New Setting: Manage Preselects option can be hidden from employer view until Request Period Closed date. • Selected Job ID and Title can now be viewed for each student when Moving Preselects.

  20. Schedules – Other Changes • You now have the ability to un-require resumes in schedules! • CSO can now default fields on the Session Profile for you!

  21. Reporting – On-line Reports • There is a new way to generate your reports in real time! The option to generate this new type of report will be available on both new and saved reports This type of report allows you to connect directly to the record that you are reporting on!

  22. Reporting - Schedules • Calculated fields available for schedule reports, as well as the ability to report on specific timeline dates!

  23. Interfase v8.1 Upgrade

  24. New Student Features • Email Job to a Friend: Students can now send jobs along to their friends, through your Interfase site!

  25. New Student Features • My Starred Jobs: Allows students to track their favorite Jobs through your site! Green Star This means that the student has applied to this job through your site. These jobs will also appear under the “My Starred Favorites” Menu. If the student views the job they will be able to see the referral they sent the employer. Grey Star This means that the job has not yet been applied to or been chosen as a favorite. When the student views the job they will see the option to “Star As Favorite” Gold Star This means that the job has been selected as a Favorite. The Student can now view this job from the “My Starred Favorites” option on the Left Navigation bar.

  26. Event Registration Completeness • An event registration will now need to be completed by a user before it appears in the admin pending bin. Only registrations with Yes in the new submitted column will be counted towards the Employer Registration Limit on your event.

  27. Event Registration Completeness • New Task List item for Employers and Students who haven’t completed their registration yet. Clicking on this task will take the user to their incomplete registration, allowing them to finish it

  29. Survey Reporting • You can now include survey results in your Student, Contact and Faculty reports! The completion date will appear in the report automatically, if the survey is incomplete this will be noted in the same column Note: Only surveys that were taken using the Pop-up in Interfase will be able to be reported on. Each question in the survey will appear as a column in your report.

  30. Automatic Inactivations • Events and Schedules will now automatically become “Inactive” after their dates have passed. If you would prefer to disable this function, just set these to the blank option.
