  2. Login to Meridian Tracker

  3. URL to Log Meridian Tracker Ticket Enter DFUser in User ID and password in Password field and click Sign In button. http://tracker/meridiantracker/

  4. Create new Ticket

  5. This screen can be used to track the status of existing tickets Click Add Image to create a new ticket

  6. Enter all the fields marked in RED color and click Save button. Select Service Type from drop down. Options you can choose from are Production Support, User Support, Enhancement. Enter the Subject of the ticket. Select the Severity Options you can choose from are High, Medium, Low Select a person to assign the task Enter your eMail-Id Enter your Name Explain your request in the Ticket Description Click to Save the Request

  7. After Saving the entry will be added
