Comparative Analysis of Thymus and Umbilical Cord Blood CD34+ Cells Transduced with VSV-G at Different MOIs

This study explores the transduction efficiency of Thymus and Umbilical Cord Blood CD34+ cells using VSV-G at varying MOIs. Results show significant differences in transduction rates and gene expression levels. The implications for future research in gene therapy are discussed in detail.
