Gene Expression Profiles in PL2+ AML Cells Transduced with MIG-PL2 and MAG Vectors

Supplementary Figure 1A illustrates the gene expression profiles of cells positively transduced with the MIG-PL2 vector, including PLAGL2 and HPs, compared to those transduced with the MIG vector and sorted based on GFP expression. The analysis highlights the common deregulation of genes in PL2+ AML cells, including CBFb-MYH11+ AML blasts. The results shed light on the molecular characteristics associated with PL2+ status in acute myeloid leukemia, contributing to our understanding of the underlying biology and potential therapeutic targets.
