OOH Bidder Information Day Background to procuring organisations Four PCTs (Camden, Islington, City & Hackney, Haringey) Population circa 880,000 people Four diverse London Boroughs Four Boroughs have an existing shared OOH contract New specification contains additional requirements in respect of service provision, clinical governance and patient involvement Specification informed by recent CQC findings

OOH Bidder Information Day Evaluation Evaluation questions and weights provided with ITT Evaluation panels made up of all 4 PCTs Independent moderation and oversight of evaluation process and selection decision Minimum threshold of 65% required at each section Bids meeting minimum threshold will be invited to interview

OOH Bidder Information Day Evaluation: Interview / Presentation Dates 24th/25th February Bidder presentation of 20 minutes Panel Q&A of 20-30 minutes Question / topic will be provided to Providers submitting a bid Minimum threshold of 65% required at interview Preferred bid most economic cost once thresholds are met

OOH Bidder Information Day Questions Bidder questions on information provided with ITT Final date for receipt of email questions - January 18th Responses published on Camden PCT’s website “The PCT will make reasonable endeavours to respond to all requests for clarification received within the above timescales within two (2) working days but shall bear no liability for any failure to do so” – ITT Document 3   Questions arising from today Questions noted today - responses published on Camden PCT’s website by January 14th (but no liability for failure to do so)
