Four Boroughs have an existing shared OOH contract
New specification contains additional requirements in respect of service provision, clinical governance and patient involvement

Bidder presentation of 20 minutes
Panel Q&A of 20-30 minutes
Question / topic will be provided to Providers submitting a bid
Minimum threshold of 65% required at interview
Preferred bid most economic cost once thresholds are met
