  1. Note: Any email address can have a Google Drive account. Step 1 - Click Create, then Presentation

  2. Step2 - Choose your theme, click OK.

  3. Step 3 - Click Untitled Presentation. Type in (my name, my topic) Click OK.

  4. Step 4 - Read the text on the slide and follow those suggestions. On this slide you can see how to align your text on the left.

  5. Step 5 - To duplicate a slide, click on the slide icon on the left of the screen, then hold down Ctrl and type d. (Ctrl + D.)

  6. Step 6 - To insert a picture or other image, click on the Image icon.

  7. Step 7 - Resize your picture by grabbing a corner of the picture and sliding. Then, mouse over the picture until the cursor becomes a four-sided cross. Drag the pic into position.

  8. Step 8 - Reposition any element (text box, title box, image, etc) by mousing over the element to find the four-sided cursor and dragging into position.

  9. Step 9 - Share with darren.aho@sesd.org. Allow for comments, not editing.
