Systems, OSRTI, use enterprise tools) • Investigating techniques and technologies for storing and leveraging digitized, historic pictures (EPIC Database) • Service Optimization Objectives • Reengineering – streamline processes for SEMS support • Service Implementation – Implement the Underground Storage Tank Compliance Act of 2005 • Performance Management • Indicators/Metrics – gather, analyze, report on measures (currently using the Performance Assessment Tool – PAT) • Regional Collaboration • Information Exchange – focus on improved Regional interfacing and architecture to enhance information sharing Land Quality Management Business Transformation Framework 12/5/07
