Pointers • Keep the application short and to the point! Please do not copy and paste large sections of proposals into the application. • Try not to choose a commonly researched topic. • Keep the focus very narrow. • Submit the proposal 3-4 months in advance. • Know the review dates!
Pointers: Red Flags • Loss of instructional time • Large time commitment from teachers/staff • No direct benefit to the school or district (Adding to the general body of knowledge) • Not research based or best practice • Not in line with District goals • Cost to the District
