Prior to the event, judges evaluate, assign sectors, and shortlist finalists by receiving case studies from organizations in different categories. Finalists are contacted and requested to participate. During the event, potential Gold and Silver winners present in a workshop, with winners selected but not disclosed. Finalists present suggestions to judges in a separate room. Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners are announced and rewarded on stage.

Before the event DQG Judges evaluate, assign sectors and shortlist finalists Before 10th Oct. Organizations send case studies to DQG in the different categories Before 1stof Oct. Finalists are contacted by DQG representatives and requested to participate in Symposium Before 15th Oct. During the event Potential Gold and Silver to present in the workshop but not knowing if gold or silver Judges select the Gold, silver and bronze but not disclosed to audience Finalists present Suggestion to judges during the Symposium in a separate room At the end of the event Gold winner from the finalist (one of the two company presenting for audience) is announced and rewarded in the stage Silver winner is announce and rewarded in the stage Bronze winner from the finalists is announce and reward
