Selection Process • Steps for Selection: • Online Test to be held at Campus • Group Discussion • Shortlisted students would be called for Personal Interview -Technical Round and HR Round • Offer and On Boarding • Offered CTC on joining 1.2 to 2.4 LPA • 3 months of probation on Campus to Corporate ( Technical/ Domain/ Behavioral) • Employment/Salary: • Commitment of minimum 12 months from the date of joining. • Salary will be revised on every 6 months as the company’s policy. • First 3 months no stipend will be provided; 5k from 4th to 6th month and than payroll (10-15K or more as per the performance) • Bond Conditions: • Employment Service Agreement for a period of 1 year, from DOJ, with surety signatures. Employee is liable to refund a sum of Rs. 50000/- towards bond money in the event he or she leaves the company during the bond period.
