How to Read a Graphic Novel Page Graphic novels are read left to right and top to bottom, just like traditional texts. However, the page setup can sometimes be untraditional!
Reading Dialogue in a Graphic Novel Reading is from left to right, top to bottom in each panel. Follow the same direction for each panel.
