  3. CIN-I : dysplastic changes (nuclear atypia) limited to lower third of squamous epithelium associated with koilocytosis & normal squamous differentiation of upper two thirds. CIN-II: dysplastic changes limited to the lower squamous epithelium with normal upper third of squamous epithelium. CIN-III: Full thickness dysplasia (carcinoma in situ)

  4. Invasive carcinoma of cervix Both pictures are gross appearance of cervical invasive carcinoma (fungating mass involving most of cervix)

  5. Both pictures are microscopic appearance of cervical carcinoma (it is well differentiated Squamous carcinoma with keratin pearls formation)

  6. Endometrial hyperplasia Lt. Photo: Gross appearance of endometrial hyperplasia (thickened protruded endometrium). Rt. Photo: microscopic appearance of endometrial hyperplasia (increase percent of glandular tissue in relation to stroma with (the most right photo) or without atypia (middle photo)

  7. Endometrial polyp Gross picture of endometrial hyperplasia Well defined mass attached to the upper part of endometrium Microscopic picture of endometrial polyp consists of dilated glands, fibrous stroma & thick wall blood vessels

  8. Endometrial carcinoma Gross appearance of endometrial carcinoma (large mass destructs & filled the lumen of uterus) Microscopic picture of endometrial Carcinoma , it is invasive adenocarcinoma

  9. Adenomyosis Microscopic picture of Adenomyosis (foci of endometrial glands & stroma within the wall of uterus

  10. Chocolate cyst This is endometriosis of ovary (Chocolate cyst of ovary)

  11. Leiomyoma Gross picture of leiomyoma (Multiple Leiomyoma of uterus) Microscopic picture of leiomyoma (interlacing bundles of smooth muscles Separated by well vascularized stroma)

  12. Papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma Gross picture of serous cystadenocarcinoma (Papillae filled the lumen) Microscopic picture of papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma showing malignant Papillae associate with psammoma bodies (Calcified bodies ---green arrow)

  13. Mature cystic teratoma Gross: Mature cystic teratoma (hair filled mass) ; Microscopic picture of teratoma (benign tumor consists of mixture of mature tissues e.g. fat, cartilage, glanduar tissue & thyroid glands)

  14. Hydatidiform mole Hydatidiform mole (gross), grape like structures Microscopic picture of H. mole (dilated villi with trophoblastic hyperplasia due to hydrpic changes)
