  3. Is Perception Reality? • What are the Power PI’s? • Most frequently asked over time? Most important? Enduring? • What are your students’ biggest gaps? • Prioritize top 3-5 improvement points based on gaps in trended (power PI) areas first…

  4. Deconstruct Top 3 Gaps • Content • Skills • Blooms • Taught Create Annual Improvement Goal

  5. Share the Gaps: • When are these concepts taught? • Are they spiraled? • 5th grade?

  6. Annual Improvement Plan • Each course should create a STATISTICAL goal for their “high stakes” assessment and what skills/PIs they are going to attempt to improve this year

  7. Teacher Identified Topics: • What would you like more PD on? • What would you like more time to work on? • Day 3: tentatively self directed
