  1. Remote Monitoring of HVAC Systems Development of Technology has enabled Maintenance Engineers, Facility Managers, OEM Service Heads to have a sophisticated, intelligent, seamless connectivity system for real-time monitoring of the chiller plant from a remote location and work towards plant optimization, study trends, billing the clients, predictive maintenance, alarms & attending the same etc. Remote Monitoring involves access to chillers and plant accessories from remote locations and also receiving critical notification before issues occur and controlling it from anywhere at any time. This enables ease of maintenance, quick response time in case of failures. Today, it is quite common for a client/developer to have chiller plants installed across multi-locations. With restrictions in movement, especially during the pandemic and due to lack of quality manpower, the remote monitoring concept is increasing so that the plant Engineer/Manager can monitor the plant operation from anywhere and work on improvement, if any. Some of the main features of remote monitoring include: Dynamic DashBoard: Availability of real-time value/dynamic values and present it in any formats i.e. Widgets-Dials, tiles, graphs, heatmap, pie charts etc. The navigation can be made flexible to go through the system. Customized graphics for each site can be easily created. Reports: Parametric and consumption audit trails, Billing & invoicing. This can be made user-configurable with filters and also facilitates auto emails. Easily create and archive trending data. The ability to collect and analyze energy and operating data from multiple sources so that the analysis can be done and implemented for wiring out extra savings especially those buildings.

  2. Remote Control: On/Off modulation mode, scheduling on a weekly basis or any other time frame as per client’s requirement. Mainly to save energy by running equipment only when needed and modifying schedules. Alerts: Alerts can be enabled vide on screen, email. SMS for user-configurable parameters with auto-escalation equipment diagnostics. It’s possible to save time, money by being able to respond to alarms and send the service personnel at the right time to repair the equipment. Security: Nowadays, with data stored in the cloud, security is of paramount importance. SSL Certificate-based encryption session management password policy for access management can be enabled for data security. The Remote Monitoring System not only allows us to work more efficiently but also enables us to buy additional equipment more efficiently with a modular and scalable design. Main Features: Online facility management Localized automation Remote access from any secure system on the network Data collection and analysis tool Control from BMS and Cloud reports. Support a proactive approach. Make users more efficient and better than what they are doing Independent time based scheduling of set point and on/off modes Historical energy consumption for multiple facilities & systems and operational information for multiple systems and equipment Building asset management from any location         For more detail visit us- https://in.climaveneta.com/Web/?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=CPC&utm_campaign=Remote+M onitoring+of+HVAC+Systems
