Internal financing and accounting mechanism in place to ensure CMAs are economically viable e.g. revenue budget vs seed funding

  12. Recommendations It is of outmost importance that the Department finalise the following processes; Legal opinion NWRS II National Water Act review Create and fund organogram aligned to deliver on the priority of creating and operationalising 9 CMA’s
