  1. Webinars/Virtual Classrooms for Beginners 1/ To test your audio/micclick on the Meeting menu on the top left of your screen and select Audio Wizard. Follow the prompts to set up your audio. Presenter – Kerry Trabinger Date – 4 March 3.30 pm. 2/ To use your microphone click on the Mic icon and click connect my audio and click allow. (only when requested by the presenter.) 3/ Please type in the skinny white rectangle box (on the very bottom right of your screen) which organisation you are from and then press enter.

  4. Emoticons There are a number of different signals you can use during a meeting. They can be accessed through the hand up icon. Click on the icon to give your signal. It will appear next to your name in the attendees list.

  8. Using a Smartphone or Tablet You will first need to download the Adobe Connect app. It is free and available from the App Store on Apple devices, and on the GooglePlayStore on Android Devices. Just go to the apps search area and search for Adobe Connect. Note – there are limited functions available as both a teacher and a student.

  9. Uploading a PowerPoint Click on Share My Screen, then on Share Document.
