  2. The Engaging Leadership Framework (ELF) This Leadership Framework embodies the theme of this Evaluation Forum 'Evidence based Decision Making: Scholarship and Practice'

  3. Origin Framework initially emerged from the leadership challenges and lessons experienced when developing and implementing new opportunities for program growth and improvement

  4. Aspiration To produce a strategic and practical leadership tool around organisational vision drawing on stakeholder feedback and evidence

  9. The Framework consists of: The framework is structured around a ‘trilogy of excellence’: excellence in scholarship, excellence in engagement and excellence in management

  10. The Framework – Quality Cycle It incorporates a quality cycle, where interrogation and reflection on evidence is the starting point and establishes the yard stick for improvement

  11. The Framework- Diverse Perspectives It acknowledges the importance of including diverse leadership perspectives for effective change
