  2. Status of Charter • It was updated in Jan 03 • Typos corrected • In some places, “NEMO” was replaced by “Mobile Network” for clarity • Milestones were updated

  3. Status of Charter Milestones • The dates were updated because WG formation delayed the starting point of work • Dates were adjusted out by a few months to compensate. MAR 03 Submit Terminology and requirements doc (for Basic Support) MAY 03 Submit Threats analysis and security requirements for NEMO AUG 03 Submit solution for basic support to IESG NOV 03 Submit MIB for Basic support to the IESG MAR 04 Submit the analysis of the solution space for route optimization JUN 04 Shut down or recharter the WG to solve the route optimization

Detail on tasks • MAR 03 Submit Terminology and requirements doc (for Basic Support) • In the final stages (presentation at this IETF), and on schedule • MAY 03 Submit Threats analysis and security requirements for NEMO • On schedule? • More activity necessary to finish by end of May? • AUG 03 Submit solution for basic support to IESG • This is the current focus of the WG, it is on schedule • Subsequent presentation will discuss this point • NOV 03 Submit MIB for Basic support to the IESG • MAR 04 Submit the analysis of the solution space for route optimization • JUN 04 Shut down or recharter the WG to solve the route optimization
