  2. Our Father,We thank you for every way you have spoken to us through your Word. We pray, Lord, that you will challenge our attitudes about trials. Show us your goodness in them.

  3. Father, we ask also that you would enable us to live out our faith. By your Holy Spirit, fill us and help us to understand your Word. Enliven our hearts to obey you. And Lord, we pray you would grant a heavenly wisdom that would work for peace among us.

  4. Grant us the true wisdom that values your body and works for peace so that you will be glorified. Father, teach us to surrender our whole selves to you so that we can truly live for Christ. And it is in his name we ask it.Amen.
