  1. An Insight on Environmental Justice in the USA It is an irrefutable fact that when you intentionally deconstruct the basic environmental protections, the lives of vulnerable people are placed at risk. To date in the USA, decades of research have been documented on the location of environmental burdens and the racial background of the most impacted residents. What is environmental justice? The environmental justice can be defined as the fair treatment towards communities regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development and policies. In simple words, the health of a few people should not be compromised because of living in a particular region. There are several kinds of environmental justice conflicts, for example, fossil fuels, climate, industrial and waste management conflicts and many more. From the past, it is clear that climate change threats are impacting the same communities who have been suffered from environmental racism historically. The same minority communities have faced environmental challenges for several time periods. In the twentieth century as well, biases toward poor people can be seen in the society. Still, when brown water issue rises in a particular area, there is an attitude that poor should be able to tolerate it. Only because of this attitude, the poor and minority communities are turned into environmental sacrifice zones. In these areas, the polluting facilities are clustered and it is supposed that the residents are used to it, so why not add a few more?
