  4. Inspection • HFIR/REDC • Inspection resulted in lower power rating • IAEA Logbook • Periodic shutdowns for inspection • Safeguards Laboratory • Detectors/Imaging for inspection • Graphite Reactor • No longer in operation

Material Control and Accountability (MC&A) • HFIR/REDC • Logbooks and reports • Paperwork for movement of materials • Safeguards Laboratory • Tamper Indicating Devices (TIDs) • Separate room for nuclear materials • Trained personnel handle material • Graphite Reactor • Original Logbook • Plutonium samples hand delivered, not shipped
