Data Analysis and Visualization with MS Excel Making Information Available to the World with HTML and Web Pages Computational Thinking [Introduction/Course Overview This class is all about getting to know your computer inside and out. We have studied how to code for programming, make links to other websites on the internet, create our own personalized worlds, and much more. This was a great introduction to computer science as I have learned many new and useful aspects to computers and what they can do. Stephen’s CSE 3 Poster In this lab we used MS Excel to determine a budget for living and working in our field of choice. In these labs we created a personalized web page and delved deeper into link-creating and color changing. In Labs 7 and 8 we used JavaScript to create programs such as this donation page. Desktop Publishing with MS Word Visual Programming with Alice Dynamic Webpage Programming with JavaScript Presentation of Information with MS PowerPoint In this lab we used MS Word to create an overview of the desired career we had. Also, we explained the science behind color ,models on screens. We learned how to use and manipulate the software Alice. We made short entertaining videos involving a n entirely created world. This lab involved using both MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. We picked and created spreadsheets of stocks pertaining to our majors.
